<div style="text-align: center; margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt" align="center">On February 17, 2012 mr. Marc Kegelaers, CEO of the Ben-Air Flight Academy in Belgium ( BAFA ) and mr. Sergo Tepnadze, Rector of the Georgian Aviation University ( GAU ) signed a cooperation agreement.</div>
<div style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt">The signing ceremony took place at Georgian Embassy in Brussels. It was hosted by Mr. Davit Solomonia, envoy extraordinary of Georgia to the Kingdom of Belgium and Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.</div>
<div style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt">As part of the agreement, the future pilots of Georgia will be trained along the JAA/EASA standards, based on the training programs and the experience of BAFA.</div>
<div style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt">The program foresees the exchange of instructors and students, as well as cooperation in other aviation related areas.</div>
<div style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt">BAFA has received the necessary approvals from the Georgian Aviation Authorities.</div>
<div style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt">Marc Kegelaers commented: &ldquo;We are very pleased with this cooperation agreement. We feel that we can be of significant value to Georgian Aviation. This agreement is another international recognition of the quality of the training programs of BAFA, which not only excel in Flight Training, but also in Academics.&rdquo;</div>]]>
